Shipping & Returns Information

SHIPPING POLICY
1. All sales are final.
2. The customer will pay all freight.
3. Missing or Damaged Items must be reported within seven (7) days upon receipt for valid exchange or replacement.
4. No returns on any and all promotional items, sales items, or discounted product for promotional purposes.
5. Gallons and Specialty Items will be charged according to weight.
6. ALL ORDERS will be prepaid prior to shipping.
7. Hazardous Material Charges will be applied to some items in compliance to Freight Companys Ordinances. (No Exceptions) RETURNED PRODUCTS

RETURN POLICY
1. No products can be returned after 30 days of invoice date.
2. No returns without (RA) Return Authorization Number will be excepted.
3. Products may not be returned until RA(Return Authorization Number) has been issued by an authorized officer of the seller.
4. All returns will be subject to a handling fee of 10% and restocking fee of 15% of the selling price.
5. The product must be returned freight prepaid.
6. Any product shipped freight collect will be refused.
7. Product returned must be in condition in which it was sold.
8. If product is damaged or unusable it is unacceptable for return.
9. Damaged items must be reported within 7 (seven) days upon receipt and returned within 30 days from RA date issue, for exchange of damaged products.
10. EZ Nails has the right to refuse returns.
11. No returns of product due to misuse or abuse.

If paying by credit card or debit card, shipping name and address must the same as on record of issuing bank.

Shipping Costs

Shipping is based on WEIGHT, CONTENTS & DESTINATION - we ship the least expensive and most efficient method.

Shipping and handling fees will be added to the total of your order in our office. Below is an APPROXIMATE chart of shipping costs.

If you desire to be contacted by email or phone with the total of your order, including shipping, before your order is processed, you MUST make that request in the comments box during the checkout process.

Shipping to addresses within the lower 48 US states:

Delivery times will range between 3 and 8 business days depending on your location.

Residential addresses - add $3.00

Shipping to addresses in AK, HI, PR and all other countries:

Shipping rates vary widely to locations outside of the lower 48 US states. Rates are based on:

• Country of destination

• Weight & dimension of package

• Hazardous material being shipped (chemicals)

• There MAY be two charges to your credit card for out of country orders. One charge for the items total and one for the shipping costs.

Another factor in shipping costs is the size of the package(s). If, for instance, you ordered a large display rack, the rates change, even though the weight might have fallen in line with the estimate (before any HAZMAT surcharges if applicable), shipping costs will be higher.

Duties, taxes, VAT and import costs are not included in the cost of delivery. These fees are set and charged to you by the country of destination, based on the value of shipment and class of goods. These costs will be billed to you by the carrier.
